At titan army, we ensure players receive their rewards fairly and securely. Please read our reward and refund guidelines carefully:
1. Rewards Distribution
- All rewards and winnings will be credited directly to the registered account wallet.
- Players must ensure their account details (UPI/Bank/Wallet) are accurate to receive payments.
- Rewards will be processed within 24–72 hours after tournament completion.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only if a tournament is cancelled by Titan army.
- If a player fails to join after successful registration, the entry fee is non-refundable.
- Refunds will be credited back to the player’s Crown Battle wallet within 24 hours of cancellation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds will be issued in cases of poor internet, device malfunction, or player misconduct.
- Disqualification due to rule violation will result in loss of entry fees and rewards.
4. Dispute Resolution
Players may contact our support staff for disputes regarding rewards or refunds. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
6. Final Decision
The decision of the titan army management team regarding rewards and refunds shall be final and binding.
